Abstract
This paper reviews the implementation of the non-Contracting Party (NCP) Engagement Strategy for 2020–2022. It is noted that the Secretariat has received a number of responses to the different engagement activities undertaken during this period. An NCP Engagement Strategy for 2023–2024 has been proposed which expands NCP engagement to include States which are involved in the harvest of any marine living resources within the Convention Area and Dissostichus spp. globally.
