    Resumen

    The  scientific and legal aspects of revising the Krill Fisheries Management Approach (KFMA) and establishing the Domain 1 MPA are discussed. . It stresses that proposals to harmonise the D1MPA and KFMA to conserve and
    manage krill resources in Subarea 48.1 require scientific and legal justification.
