Report from CCAMLR observers at Indian Ocean Tuna Commission Scientific Committee and Commission Meetings

This paper provides a report from the two Australian CCAMLR observers at the Third Session of the Indian Ocean Tuna Commission meetings, Scientific Committee and Commission, that were held at Mahé, Seychelles from 7 to 12 December 1998.
