Inventory of Southern Ocean Long-Term Monitoring Programmes

The Southern Ocean Observing System (SOOS) is developing an inventory of long-term monitoring programmes which will be made available via the SOOS website (https://soos.aq/community/long-term-observing-programmes). This background paper introduces the inventory, which is still under development. SOOS invites feedback and engagement on this effort, including on ways in which it might be best used by the CCAMLR community.
