Chilean operation in the Antarctic krill fishery, 2023-2024 season

This paper summarizes the FV Antarctic Endeavour activities carried out in the Antarctic krill (Euphausia superba) fishery to produce krill meal between January and October 2024. The effort, catch, CPUE, and length-frequency distributions of captured krill are recorded per trip and Subareas (48.1, 48.2, and 48.3). Also, trip-by-trip bycatch data from each Subarea is provided. Information on the yield obtained in krill fishmeal production and the reduction process conversion factor is also given. Finally, the performance of the seven seasons of this vessel fished for krill is provided.
