Proposed new separate C1 and C6 trawl haul-by-haul forms for krill and finfish fisheries, and consequential Conservation Measure changes

First presented in WG-SAM-2025/07, this paper provides details on proposed new separate C6 and C1 haul by haul forms for finfish and krill trawl fisheries and accompanying instructions for review by WG-FSA. The forms incorporate recommended fields from WG-IMAF to clarify how incidental mortalities are reported on vessels, and recommendations from WG-SAM-2025 and WG-EMM-2025. The paper also highlights consequential CM changes that will be required if the proposed form nomenclature changes are endorsed by the Scientific Committee and the Commission.
