Abstract

Russian Federation considers it necessary to note that the revised draft Conservation measure establishing a Marine Protected Area in Domain 1 (CCAMLR-SM-III/06) cannot be deemed adequately developed for adoption. Relevant comments reflecting the position of the Russian Federation, as repeatedly expressed at the Commission's meetings, are reviewed in this paper.
