    Abstract

    The proposed amendments to CM 41-01, Annex B are based on discussions held at SCIC-2023. The objective of the proposal is to confirm a vessel may abort a research haul for the purpose of preventing gear loss, securing the safety of a vessel and those on board, or the safety of life at sea.
