Abstract
The procedures for managing SC-CAMLR Special Funds have developed in different ways creating inconsistencies that should be better aligned to improve access to Members and to streamline management, budget planning and reporting. Recommendations are made to improve several aspects of fund management that improve transparency for the Scientific Committee, improve access by Members, and improve documentation and tracking for fund managers.
