Abstract
The assessment of transport indices and their practical significance require the use of standardized procedures for collecting and processing data from complex surveys, including acoustic, oceanographic and trawl samples.
Proposals on a comprehensive study of krill flux indices by the current are discussed
The practical implementation of the presented proposals was implemented on RV Atlantida. The results obtained indicate the practical value of the proposed approach to a comprehensive study of krill flux indices by the current and its impact on the spatio-temporal variability of krill distribution in the context of developing krill fishery management schemes based on the ecosystem approach.
