    Abstract

    This paper presents the complementary diagnostics associated with the Casal2 Patagonian toothfish assessment referred to as the “Final model” in Readdy and Earl (2025). These diagnostics, using observations up to and including 2024 and catch up to and including 2025, address the request from WG-SAM-2023 paragraph 6.33 (CCAMLR, 2023) to include these plots for Casal2 assessments.
