Resumen
This paper presents a draft proposal for a Code of Conduct for CCAMLR in-person and virtual meetings, workshops, working groups, and events (referred to as CCAMLR events in the Code).
The Commission agreed to the development of a CCAMLR Code of Conduct via an e-group led by Australia during the 2022/23 intersessional period, with a report and draft proposal to be presented in 2023 (CCAMLR-41 paragraph 10.9; SCAF-2022 paragraphs 59 to 64). This paper summarises discussions from that e-group and presents a draft Code of Conduct for CCAMLR events for consideration.
