Acoustic Data Repository Expenditure Estimate

This paper addresses the request by WG-ASAM for the Secretariat to present to the Scientific Committee an estimate of the annual costs for maintaining the acoustic data repository based on the estimated volume of data to be exchanged. This paper also considers cost estimates for improvements to the CCAMLR authentication system necessary to allow for authentication integration with R Shiny applications (e.g.  the acoustic data visualisation tool). Total expenditure includes a one-time cost of A$4,000 to allow authentication of the acoustic visualisation tool, annual costs of A$8,880 to manage the acoustic data repository, and A$12,000 to obtain the enterprise-grade version of Shiny Server.
