    Резюме

Although CCAMLR is not a regional fisheries management organization, it features elements that are employed by RFMOs such as a compliance evaluation system. As SCIC is going to review CCAMLR's Compliance Evaluation Procedure this year, the tools and recommendations contained in this Report will provide useful information for Members in considering improving the CCEP.

This document identifies key attributes of an effective and well-designed compliance assessment process that can serve as a model and features ten key elements.
