Comments on the revised proposal for a conservation measure establishing a MPA in the Domain 1 (comments regarding document CCAMLR-41/34)

 Despite lengthy scientific discussions regarding the establishment of an D1MPA, there are still issues related to the scientific and legal aspects of this MPA that require clarification.

Taking into account the above, we consider it appropriate to make a number of comments in relation to the D1MPA, especially since the Russian Federation has been an active participant in the discussion of  documents on the D1 MPA at CCAMLR forums.
