    Abstract

    In 2022 and 2024, the European Union (EU) provided grant funding to strengthen Vessel Monitoring System (VMS) data request systems and automatic data processing systems. This paper provides a report on progress and scheduled work for the remainder of the grant period. This paper also reviews VMS hosting options and security provisions in CM 10-04, Annex B.
