Abstract
This paper reviews the implementation of the non-Contracting Party (NCP) Engagement Strategy for 2023–2024. It is noted that the Secretariat has received a number of responses to the different engagement activities undertaken during this period. An NCP Engagement Strategy for 2025–2026 has been proposed which continues NCP engagement to include States which are involved in the harvest of any Antarctic marine living resources within the Convention Area and Dissostichus spp. globally.
